A welded carbon steel plancha/griddle to fit Kotaigrill models 612*, 624 and 636 hibachi grills.
Plancha top is the perfect compliment to grilling a wide verity of foods that don’t fare well to open flame grilling. Either prepare a sauté, toasting bread or tortillas, tomato’s, onions, tiny shrimp, or even use a warmer surface with just a few coals underneath.
